Diwali at Trafalgar Square
Diwali is an ancient Hindu festival that marks the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. Every November, thousands of people from all over the world come to Trafalgar Square to celebrate Diwali. During this vibrant event, visitors will be able to enjoy traditional music performances as well as take part in exciting workshops that teach them about Indian culture through dance, art and craft activities. There will also be plenty of tasty food stalls serving up delicious Indian dishes such as samosas and chai tea. Fireworks will light up the night sky at dusk each day while revellers join together to admire the stunning display.
