Sauna
Combat the stress of everyday life, strengthen your muscles and let the temperature melt away your tension in the Montcalm luxury Sauna. It has temperatures between 80-90°C creating a hot, dry heat with low humidity.
Steam Room
Relax in the Montcalm Steam Room. With temperatures between 43-46°C and 100% humidity, this is the perfect place to cleanse your skin and enhance your sense of well being.
Monsoon Shower
With 50 litres of water per minute pouring over you, our Monsoon Shower will soothe and refresh your mind, body and soul. The shower’s thermostatic control allows you to choose hot or invigoratingly cold water at the press of a button.
The Pool
Enjoy a warm, relaxing dip in the pool, just the thing for de-stressing and helping you stay in shape.
