London is buzzing with festivals and events all through the year – with summer one of the busiest periods in the city. If you will be in London in the first week of July and have a passion for gardening and horticulture, a visit to the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show is a not-to-miss event.
Billed as the largest flower show on the planet, the event takes place at the scenic and historical grounds of Hampton Court Palace.
This flower show is on from 2-08 July and features an assortment of themed gardens with the most incredible flower displays. There are daily demonstrations put on by celebrity gardeners across the grounds. Visitors get valuable gardening tips and a chance to shop for a variety of garden supplies.
With well over a 100,000 visitors, there are competitions where RHS judges adjudicate and award prizes for the best floral displays and landscape designs. It is one not to miss.
