Wembley Stadium, 1 July – 2 July
One of the most powerful voices in the music industry will be coming to London this July. Adele will make her way to Wembley Stadium for two nights of mind-blowing music. The superstar singer has risen to fame since the release of her first album and hasn’t shown any signs of stopping. Known for her many chart-topping hits, the award-winning vocalist has set out on her Finale world tour. Fans can expect a night of fun, laughter and tears as they listen to Adele’s emotionally diverse selection of songs.
Alexandra Palace, 1 July
The indie rock group is back once again for a night of up-beat rock and roll at London’s Alexandra Palace. The Brighton-based sensation has spent a lot of time in the chats thanks to a number of catchy hit singles, so if you don’t know the name you may well still know the tune. After four albums the Maccabees have decided to call it a day, so these final gigs throughout 2017 will serve as their farewell tour. Dedicated fans will be disappointed to hear about the split but anyone lucky enough to get tickets can see their favourite band perform one last time.
The O2, 12 July
Ten-time Grammy award winner, Chaka Khan will be taking to the stage at London’s O2 this month to entertain fans with her chart-topping music. The ‘Queen of Funk’ has had ten #1 songs over the span of her career and will be performing an amazing set list featuring songs from her huge 22 album repertoire. This will be a great nostalgic trip for older fans who remember Chaka Khan’s many hits from the 70s and 80s.
The O2, 19 July
One of the 90s biggest punk bands is coming to London for what promises to be one of the best nights of the month. The San Diego-born group came together in 1992 and has been sticking it to the man ever since. The band’s unique brand of rock was a huge part of the pop-punk movement in the 90s and 00s. The band separated in 2005 and didn’t perform together again until 2009. Now reformed and back in action, blink182 has appeared at venues all over the world in the last few months and will make a pit stop at the 02 this summer.
July looks to be a great month for music fans, with plenty of exciting events to fill up your calendar. Be sure to book your tickets early and don’t miss out on seeing your favourite artist.
