Garden In London

ODEON Covent Garden is located in the Saville Theatre, which used to be a West End venue before being converted into a state-of-the-art four-screen movie house in 2001.

The exterior of the building remains almost untouched from its 1930s heyday, with a sculptured frieze by British sculptor Gilbert Bayes still a central part of the decor – it is supposed to represent ‘Drama Through The Ages’.

Situated on Shaftesbury Avenue in Camden, which is one of the major streets in the West End of London, the cinema is perfectly located for visitors to the city who are looking to relax and check out a movie.

The Covent Garden site is part of the biggest cinema chain in the UK and Ireland, while it also has the biggest loyalty scheme in the UK with over two million members. “We pride ourselves in [offering] the very best cinema experience: cutting-edge technology and the widest choice of films,” the ODEON states.

Amazingly, the cinema chain sells almost two thousand tonnes of popcorn every year, which is enough to fill Wembley Stadium five times.

The address is 135 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2H 8AH, while the contact number is 0333 006 7777.
