Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in hospitality.
  • LinkedIn Social Media experience preferred.
  • This area of work is open to all graduates, however the following subjects may be particularly useful:

    • Marketing.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests along with collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience and utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Designing website banners and assisting with web visuals;
  • Communicating with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners;
  • Conducting key word research and web statistics reporting and contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
  • Using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients and for producing high quality content
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work independently and flexibly;
  • Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects and excellent team work skills;
  • organisational skills with ability to deliver a high volume of quality work;
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Networking and analytical skills, Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
